Joe Ann Keelin of Haines City, Florida passed away peacefully with her husband by her side at Astoria in Winter Haven, Florida on 3/6/2024.

Joe Ann was born in Waycross, Georgia on 08/29/1934 to William G Richardson and Dorothy Joe Gibson.  She spent most of her life residing in Florida, 5 years in Ashland, Kentucky and 18 years in beautiful San Diego, CA.  She was a homemaker and married for 64 years.  She supported her husband who was an Air Force veteran for 12 years and an Air Traffic Controller for 25 years.

She is survived by her husband, Forest Donald Keelin, 90, and her daughter Kimberly Keelin.
