Brenda Joyce Phillips of Fresno California passed away in Fresno at home with her family on June 14, 2024
Brenda Phillips was born in Oklahoma on December 10,1951 to Lonnie Raymond Phillips and Minnie Cecil Phillips she attended Kerman high school in Kerman, California.
Brenda Phillips enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her sister Doris LaBeau of Kerman California she is also survived by her three children Tammy bingham of Fresno California, Eddie Bingham of Fresno California and Gina Gallegos of Norfolk, Virginia. She is also also survived by her grandchildren, Peter Villegos Fresno, California Ibis Hernandez of Fresno, California, Vidal Hernandez of Knoxville, Tennessee, Melanie Garcia of Fresno, California, Jacob Garcia of Selma, California, Alice Bingham of Kentucky, Julia Bingham of Kentucky Gabriel Bingham of Kentucky. Mason Bingham of Fresno, California Levi Bingham of Fresno, California. Monique. Gallegos of Fresno, California. Shawn Gallegos Fresno, California., Mark Anthony Gallegos Fresno, California and her great grandchildren Jeremiah, Nehemiah, Za’Miah of Fresno, California. Able and Benicio of Fresno, California. Oasis, Daphne, lil peter of Fresno,California, Cash of Modesto, California Avery and Caine Fresno, California. Twins Isabella and Jose of Oregon. Josiah of Selma, California. She was predeceased by her parents, Lonnie and Minnie, Phillips of Kerman, California, her brother Floyd, Phillips of Tulare, California, California, her brother Charlie Phillips of Oklahoma, her brother Gerald Phillips of Carmen California, her sister, Gladys Faye, Phillips of Oklahoma, her sister, Ruth Cardin of Mississippi.
She will be forever loved and never forgotten she also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly
