Jamie Sue Warren, of Vallejo, CA passed away in the early morning hours of June 11th 2024 at Vallejo Kaiser Permanente Hospital from cardiac arrest.

Jaime for the last year had been dealing with pulmonary hypertension and an enlarged heart but throughout her illness she never lost her joy of life and positive outlook.

Jaime was born July 7, 1975 in Brattleboro VT, parents Philip Warren (deceased) and Alice Boisvert. She is survived by her stepfather Gordon Brown, mother Alice Brown and loving sister April Warren.

She attended Orchard Elementary School in South Burlington, VT, graduated from Pittsburg PA North Hills High School in 1993, and earned a BS degree in Environmental Engineering from California State University Northridge in 2015.

After high school Jaime entered the US Navy, and trained to become a US Navy Corpsman. She had the distinction of being one of the first women corpsman to be assigned to ship duty and served in the Pacific Fleet stationed in San Diego and Hawaii. After 8 years of service Jaime left with an honorable discharge and settled in San Diego California.  There she returned to school attending junior college until she moved to Los Angeles California and completed her education.   After receiving her BS degree, she relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area and worked for Essel Tech Engineering as an environmental engineer.  She later purchased a home in Vallejo CA and lived there until she passed.   Her stepfather and mother, Gordon and Alice Brown were very proud of their daughter’s achievements and loved her visits back to Pittsburg PA for holiday get togethers.

Jaime’s favorite hobbies were taking pictures of California sunsets at favorite beach locations in her beloved San Diego, CA.   She enjoyed music, learning to play the violin and taking online Spanish lessons.

Jaimie will be loved and missed by all her extended family, friends and colleagues.  Everyone remembers her infectious laugh, beautiful smile, adventurous spirit and willingness to help anyone in need.

Her ashes will be spread by family in her early home states of Vermont and Pennsylvania, services will be set by her family at a date to be announced.
